• Catalogued active clients from TT

• Tracked type of project/hosting and contract dates

• Noted which contracts are(n’t) in TT and which Sixie should have the contract

• We decided something: TT will be central repository of contracts

• Created/updated contract templates (1st draft)

- Researched good onboarding techniques

- Reviewed existing employee training material and started cataloging it

- Created the client and employee journey

- Created an outline of what the client and employee onboarding process will look like
